About Juan

Juan handles complex commercial and securities litigation matters, as well as regulatory investigations. He represents leaders and innovators in various industries, including technology, venture capital and biosciences. Juan also maintains a robust pro bono practice.

While at Harvard Law School, Juan was the submissions editor for the Harvard Journal of Law & Technology, where he led a team with diverse technological backgrounds to review and select articles from hundreds of submissions at the intersection of law and technology. He was also a research and teaching assistant to professor Charles Nesson, focusing on the history of the jury in the American legal system and proposing avenues for reform.
