About Joy

Joy focuses her practice on general corporate law and advising emerging and high-growth companies through all stages of the corporate life cycle. She represents clients on matters involving formation, corporate governance, venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, and liquidity events.

While at Columbia Law, Joy served in the Mediation Clinic and on the board of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. She also was a James Kent Scholar and a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. Before law school, Joy built and operated a hotel business property in Laguna Beach, California.
