About Jorge

Jorge focuses his practice on international arbitration and commercial litigation, with experience before federal and state courts, as well as domestic arbitrators and mediators. Jorge also represents clients before international investment arbitration tribunals, including a US company in a North American Free Trade Agreement case. Jorge has a broad range of litigation experience, representing clients in trade secret disputes, internal investigations, bankruptcy proceedings, and breach of contract and legal malpractice claims across different jurisdictions, including the Delaware Court of Chancery.

Jorge is particularly interested in how globalization and tech affect the interaction of law and culture and how that, in turn, shapes the legal landscape for clients. Jorge also maintains an active pro bono practice focused on immigration.

Before law school, Jorge was a Teach For America corps member, and he continues to be passionate about teaching. He graduated from Harvard Law School, where he represented clients as part of the Harvard Immigration and Refugee Clinic and was a contributor to the Harvard Journal of Law & Gender.
