Jordan Verrilli

Jordan represents emerging growth companies during key milestones of their corporate life cycle. She advises on various corporate transactions, including private financings, public offerings, and mergers & acquisitions. Jordan also provides day-to-day corporate governance advice.

During law school, Jordan participated in NYU’s Business Transactions Clinic and received the Ann Petluck Poses Memorial Prize for her work. She also served as a teacher’s assistant in the Lawyering Program.
