Jonathan has extensive cross-border private M&A experience, focusing upon acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, minority investments, restructurings and fundraisings. He has a particular focus on the technology and high-growth sectors, having worked closely with clients to support their scale up to exit, as well as acting for financial and strategic clients on their private M&A requirements.

Jonathan’s representative experience includes advising:

• Property Finder on a $525 million strategic investment led by Permira and Blackstone
• Xpansiv on its acquisition of a minority interest in Evident Group, with the goal of supporting the fast-growing international renewable energy certificate (I-REC) market and development of clean economy certification*

• The Original Fit Factory, on multiple acquisitions, disposals and fundraisings in its scale-up phase*
