About John
John Sellers focuses on representing emerging growth companies and the venture capital firms that invest in them. His practice includes company formations, venture capital financings, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnership and licensing transactions, and day-to-day corporate counseling.
John has been named as a Northern California Super Lawyer in the category of business law.
Prior to joining Cooley, John was an attorney at Heller Ehrman and Venture Law Group. Before he attended law school, he served as a senior legislative assistant to US Congressman Tom Campbell.
