About John

John focuses on the formation and representation of private investment funds, including venture capital and private equity funds, both in the US and internationally. He is also experienced in advising institutional investors on secondary transactions and private equity investments.

Before joining Cooley, John was an associate in the private investment funds practice at another US-based law firm.
