About John

John is a trusted advisor to private and public companies at all stages of growth on corporate matters, including formation, financing, M&A, corporate governance and US Securities and Exchange Commission reporting obligations.

John graduated in the top 5% of his law school class in 2025 and was a competing member of the Transactional Law Team. Before attending law school, John worked as a seasonal associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the firm’s asset and wealth management, tax compliance, and international tax services practice groups.

Before joining Cooley, John interned at Qualcomm, working in the ventures and chipset technologies divisions.
