About John

John’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, representing strategic and financial buyers and sellers in transactions involving public and privately held companies. He advises clients across a diverse range of industries and sectors.

John graduated in the top 5% of his law school class in 2025 and was a competing member of the Transactional Law Team. Before attending law school, John worked as a seasonal associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the firm’s asset and wealth management, tax compliance, and international tax services practice groups.

Before joining Cooley, John interned at Qualcomm, working in the ventures and chipset technologies divisions.
