Joe Wie

Joe advises clients on a range of real estate, commercial and corporate transactions, with a focus on the data center and digital infrastructure sectors. His experience includes commercial and industrial leasing, property acquisitions and dispositions nationwide, commercial agreements, and corporate matters. Before joining Cooley, Joe practiced at another US-based international law firm and in-house at a global semiconductor and electronics company and a data center developer and operator. Drawing on this combination of private practice and in-house experience, he brings a practical perspective to the legal, commercial and operational considerations that shape complex transactions.
