Joe Honeycutt

Joe counsels emerging and high-growth companies on a range of matters throughout their life cycle, including formation, corporate governance, venture financings, and mergers and acquisitions. He also represents venture capital funds and investors in financing transactions, and other strategic investments across various industries.

In law school, Joe was a senior clinician in the International Transactions Clinic, a student attorney in the Zell Entrepreneurship Clinic, and an associate editor of the Michigan Journal of Environmental and Administrative Law. Before becoming a lawyer, Joe served as a US Army intelligence officer in Europe and Southwest Asia. He is committed to serving the community through his pro bono practice and is adept at building diverse and effective teams to accomplish strategic goals. Outside of work, he enjoys planning international travel, hiking and rooting for Arsenal Football Club.
