Jia Xie

Jia enjoys helping clients with incentive arrangements and working with them at different stages of their journey.

As an associate in the compensation & benefits group in Cooley's London office, Jia advises public and private companies on the full spectrum of employee benefit trusts, incentives and executive compensation matters in a transactional and advisory context. Jia focuses her practice on equity incentives matters in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and growth equity transactions, IPOs, and other corporate transactions, particularly in the tech and life sciences sectors. She represents a broad range of UK, US and multinational companies.

Jia also is a chartered tax advisor.
