About Jessica
Jessica Wade is a paralegal in the Cooley business department. She joined Cooley in 2003 and is resident in Cooley's San Diego office. Jessica assists attorneys who represent private and public companies in a wide range of corporate and securities matters, including private financings, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters, SEC reporting and compliance, and employment and compensation arrangements.
Prior to joining Cooley, she worked at the Newport Beach office of O'Melveny & Myers LLP.
Jessica obtained a BA in cinema from San Francisco State University, and holds a legal assistantship certificate from University of California, Irvine.
