Jessica focuses on innovation operations and special projects at Cooley. She joined the firm in 2018, serving the human resources department in various capacities. She is now responsible for the operational backbone and people infrastructure of Cooley Innovation. Focused on building integrated teams and systems, she translates ideas into structure, processes and people strategy.
