
About Jeremy
Jeremy practices general business and corporate law. He represents emerging growth companies and their investors at all stages of the business life cycle. In particular, he represents high growth companies and venture capital funds in a wide range of transactions, including entity formation, venture capital and growth equity financings and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Cooley, Jeremy practiced corporate and securities law at a leading Canadian business law firm, with an emphasis on corporate finance and public mergers and acquisitions. He was born and raised in Toronto, Canada.
