
About Jeremy
Jeremy advises the firm on discovery and litigation-related matters, risk management, records and document retention policies, conflicts of interest, and other professional responsibility and compliance issues. Before joining Cooley, Jeremy was counsel in the complex commercial litigation and IP/media practice groups at an international law firm, where his practice focused on commercial disputes, copyright and trademark cases, restructurings and internal investigations.
Jeremy was named One to Watch by Best Lawyers from 2020 – 2024, and in 2020, he received the Burton Distinguished Legal Writing Award for an article he co-authored about the Music Modernization Act, originally published in the Intellectual Property and Technology Law Journal.
Jeremy is a graduate of Vanderbilt Law School, where he was a dean’s scholar, chief justice of the moot court board, a member of the American Bar Association moot court team and coach for the mock trial team.
