Jeramie Perez

Jeramie J. Perez is a senior paralegal in the emerging companies practice group and a member of Cooley's business department. He joined Cooley in 1998 and is resident in the Palo Alto office. Jeramie specializes in corporate and securities law, working with both emerging companies and public companies. His experience includes venture capital financings, public offerings, SEC compliance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate maintenance.

He received his BA in legal studies from the University of California, Berkeley in 1995. He is a member of the paralegal association of Santa Clara County.
