About Jennifer

Jennifer’s practice focuses on healthcare transactions and regulatory compliance. She advises a range of clients, including digital health companies, pharmaceutical, biologics and medical device manufacturers, clinical laboratories, pharmacies, health systems, hospitals, nursing facilities, home care agencies, insurers, charitable foundations and healthcare investors.

Jennifer counsels clients at every stage of growth on day‑to‑day operational and compliance issues, including federal and state fraud and abuse laws, licensure requirements and corporate practice restrictions. She regularly advises on Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) matters, from drafting and negotiating business associate agreements to building compliance programs and responding to security incidents. She also represents underwriters and health industry issuers in preparing public filings before the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Her deep industry knowledge allows her to navigate the regulatory landscape with efficiency – drafting transaction documents, managing healthcare due diligence and guiding clients through complex deal structures.

Jennifer previously worked at another international law firm and also served as in-house counsel to a major New York-based healthcare system.
