Jennifer C. Ok

Jen advises clients on antitrust law and competition considerations, including mergers and acquisitions, compliance with the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act and antitrust counseling. She has experience in matters before the US Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission and navigates clients across industries, including agricultural products, consumer goods, industrials, real estate, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, technology, financial services and telecommunications.

Before joining Cooley, Jen was an associate in the New York office of a multinational law firm.

In law school, Jen was awarded Georgetown Law’s Exceptional Pro Bono Pledge Recognition for her work with Humane World for Animals (formerly the Humane Society of the United States) to advance its legislative efforts toward endangered species protection and wildlife preservation.

Before law school, Jen served as vice president of institutional equity sales at an international brokerage firm, focusing on emerging market technology and pharmaceutical stocks. She previously worked as an analyst at an investment management firm, where she focused on institutional capital raising, market analysis, fund strategy and investor relations.
