Jennifer Gu

Jennifer works closely with attorneys and clients across the debt finance sector, supporting matters involving banks, financial institutions, emerging technology and life sciences companies, and private equity funds. She focuses on debt financing transactions for emerging growth companies and private equity funds.

Before joining Cooley, Jennifer worked in the documentation and operations departments of several financial institutions, supporting lending transactions across the venture lending, commercial real estate lending and Small Business Administration lending sectors.
