About Jennifer

Jennifer focuses on advising issuers and investment banks on capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings and regulatory compliance matters in Hong Kong and the US. She has extensive experience advising clients in mainland China.

Before joining Cooley, Jennifer worked as a legal manager at another global law firm in Shanghai.
