About Jenna
Jenna is a corporate attorney who provides strategic counsel to public and private life sciences companies across all stages of growth. Drawing on her experience as in-house counsel and her scientific background, she helps clients navigate complex legal and business challenges with a practical, solutions-oriented approach.
Jenna’s practice focuses on life sciences partnering transactions, including inbound and outbound licensing, technology acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, strategic alliances and R&D collaborations. Her clients include companies developing cutting-edge solutions, such as gene-editing technologies, antibody therapeutics and next-generation biotech platforms. She regularly advises companies throughout their corporate life cycle on a range of intellectual property-related issues, from foundational institutional licenses to later-stage commercial partnerships and IP-focused M&A transactions.
In addition to her transactional work, Jenna is deeply engaged in the legal and business community. She serves as a director of the Women’s Bar Association, sits on the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce Women’s Network Advisory Board and mentors law students through the Boston University School of Law. Her commitment to supporting women-led ventures is reflected in her leadership of initiatives that elevate women founders and innovators in the life sciences sector.
