Jenna is a lawyer in the firm’s resource development and knowledge management department, where she advises the merger & acquisitions practice group on current issues and developments in public and private M&A and corporate governance, including board fiduciary duties and market trends. Prior to joining Cooley, Jenna practiced corporate law at Mayer Brown and Wiggin and Dana.
