About Jayden
Jayden Martinez represents private and publicly held companies in a range of corporate and securities matters, including private financings, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, SEC reporting and compliance and corporate governance.
During her stay at the University of San Diego School of Law, Jayden was the lead articles editor of the San Diego Law Review.
