About Jason
Jason represents private and public companies at all stages of growth on corporate matters, including formation, financing, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other complex corporate transactions, corporate governance, and US Securities and Exchange Commission reporting obligations. He also has experience advising clients on their most complex, high-stakes matters.
At law school, Jason was a Stan and Ilene Gold Honors Scholar, a recipient of a Hagman Scholarship and served as a senior editor of the Southern California Law Review.
