Jason advises emerging growth companies and venture capital investors, helping companies form, scale, and exit. He also counsels venture capital funds and other institutional investors on new investments, follow-on financings and portfolio company matters. With a focus on corporate governance and capital strategy, he guides clients through a wide range of transactions, including angel, seed, venture capital, and growth equity financings, as well as recapitalizations, tender offers, and mergers and acquisitions.
