About Jason
Jason Minio focuses his career on corporate and securities law and has significant experience in corporate formations, venture capital financings, M&A, IPOs and SEC compliance for both private and public companies.
He is an advocate of mentoring students and new legal professionals. Recently, Jason participated in the justice and law administration career panel at the Ancell School of Business, where he provided insight into the skills needed to be a successful paralegal.
Before joining Cooley, he was a corporate and securities paralegal a Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villenuve Franklin & Hachigian.
