Jane van Benten

Jane’s practice includes domestic and global trademark prosecution, counseling and portfolio management. She has extensive experience representing clients in trademark disputes, federal litigation and portfolio management. Jane is particularly proud of her pro bono representation of Ms. Anita White, aka Lady A, in a highly publicized trademark dispute with the band formerly known as Lady Antebellum.
