Jane Jun

Jane’s practice focuses on general corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on representing emerging growth companies, venture capital funds and public companies.

While attending UCLA School of Law, Jane specialized in business law and externed for the US Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California. She also served as a managing editor for the Asian Pacific American Law Journal.
