Jameson Davis

Jameson focuses his practice on the representation of public and private biotechnology, pharmaceutical and other life sciences companies with respect to a variety of intellectual property-based commercial transactions. He advises clients on license agreements, corporate partnerships, research and development collaborations, and manufacturing and supply agreements, as well as life sciences-related intellectual property matters within other corporate transactions, such as public offerings and mergers & acquisitions.
