James H. Reizman

James Reizman represents emerging growth companies, venture capital firms and strategic investors in a variety of transactional matters. James’s practice encompasses venture capital financings, mergers & acquisitions and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Cooley, James was a legal specialist at Google. While attending University of Southern California Gould School of Law, James was a senior editor for the Southern California Law Review.
