He regularly drafts, negotiates and advises on complex corporate transactions, contracts and partnerships and utilizes legal technologies to drive efficiency and better outcomes for his clients. James represents a diverse set of companies and investors in the software, technology, digital media, consumer products, fintech and real estate and construction sectors. Prior to becoming a lawyer, James clerked for the United States Senate and worked in business strategy and process improvement roles for a Forbes 200 privately-owned company (America’s Largest Private Companies).
