About Jacob

Jake Grosso counsels private and public companies on various corporate matters, including venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and public offerings.

Prior to joining Cooley, Jake served for six years as an intelligence analyst in US Army National Guard Special Forces and conventional units. While in law school, he was an articles and comments editor on the University of Richmond Law Review. Jake’s Comment, “The Preemption of Collective State Antitrust Enforcement in Telecommunications” is published in the University of Richmond Law Review.
