Jack Edwards

Jack represents private and public companies through various stages of the business life cycle in matters including formation, financings, corporate governance, M&A and public offerings. He works with clients across a range of industries, from life sciences and technology to nonprofit organizations.

While at Boston College Law School, Jack served as a writer for the Uniform Commercial Code Reporter-Digest and as a student attorney advising small businesses in the Boston area.
