Jack Eastwood
About Jack
Jack’s practice spans the intersection of UK and European Union sustainability, environmental, social and governance (ESG) and product regulatory regimes. Drawing on strong cross‑border regulatory insight and deep integration with Cooley’s US practice, he advises global companies on emerging international compliance expectations and their implications for artificial intelligence, product design, value chain governance, risk management and corporate accountability.
Jack advises UK and US public and private companies on sustainability reporting requirements, climate‑related disclosures, supply chain and human rights due diligence, and product compliance across the product life cycle. He also supports clients on ESG‑related crisis matters, including recalls, investigations and litigation‑adjacent risk.
Jack was shortlisted and commended for Associate of the Year at The Lawyer Awards 2025, recognising his strengths in sustainability and value chain diligence.
