Jack Eastwood

Jack’s practice focuses on cross-border regulatory compliance, risk management and corporate accountability across the UK and European Union. Drawing on deep cross-border regulatory insight and close integration with Cooley’s US practice, he strategically guides global public and private companies through complex European frameworks – including the EU Digital Services Act, sustainability reporting and climate-related disclosures, supply chain and human rights due diligence, and product compliance across the full product life cycle. Jack also advises clients on high-stakes risk assessments under emerging AI regimes and sustainability-related crisis matters, including recalls, investigations and litigation-adjacent risk. Recognising his emerging proficiency, he was commended as Associate of the Year at The Lawyer Awards 2025.
