Jacie Valentine

Jacie practices corporate and securities law, representing public and private life sciences and technology companies across the life cycle and in a range of transactions, including venture and debt financings, initial public offerings, and secondary offerings. She also advises companies on corporate governance matters and public company reporting with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Jacie has practical in-house experience, having served as a secondee at a public company for six months, from October 2022 to April 2023. During this time, she advised on various matters related to corporate law and public company reporting and disclosure obligations.
