J.Carr represents emerging and high-growth companies through all stages of the corporate life cycle, from formation and day-to-day governance to venture financings and liquidity events. He also provides guidance on corporate governance issues and advises venture capital clients on financing transactions.

Before joining Cooley, J. Carr was an associate in the capital markets group and the emerging companies and venture capital group of two other international law firms in New York City.
