Ivy Wang

Ivy focuses her practice on the representation of high-growth emerging life sciences and technology companies as well as venture capital and other investors on various corporate transactions across Asia and the US, including venture capital financings, private equity investment, mergers and acquisitions, and joint venture.  She also has broad experience in advising clients in a variety of projects and on cross-border commercial transactions, including company formations, private and public financings, mergers and acquisitions, joint venture, corporate structuring, spinoffs, licensing, NewCo and other strategic transactions, employee equity incentives, foreign direct investment, outbound investment and other general corporate matters.  Ivy is counsel to companies from start-ups to well established companies in a variety of industries, including life sciences, biotechnology, healthcare, medical devices, technology, fintech, ecommerce, edtech, software, manufacturing, and chemicals.

Ivy is a native Mandarin speaker and is fluent in English.
