Iris Yang

Iris represents companies and investment banks in capital markets transactions. She advises clients on matters including Hong Kong initial public offerings, post-listing compliance matters and other corporate transactions, particularly in the biotech and healthcare sectors. During law school, Iris focused on corporate, securities and transactional law.
