Ida Mahmoudi

Ida’s practice focuses on general corporate and securities law. She represents both private and public companies in a range of industries, as well as investors and underwriters. Her practice includes entity formation, organization and governance matters, venture capital and other private financings, M&A and public offerings.

Previously, in addition to her corporate practice, she assisted Canadian clients with respect to technology transactions, compliance with Canadian anti-money laundering and terrorist financing laws and disclosure obligations with respect to the payments regime in Canada.
