About Ian

Ian counsels on discovery issues – such as Big Data preservation strategies, large matter management including antitrust second requests, advanced search methodologies, technology-assisted review (TAR) and AI-assisted review, defensible validation strategies, electronically stored information (ESI) protocols, protective orders, remediation protocols, and general discovery compliance.

Ian is also a member of the senior management team in Cooley’s eDiscovery group and oversees Cooley’s team of eDiscovery review attorneys.
