About Ian

Ian represents private companies on a range of issues, including venture financings, corporate governance, M&A and securities law compliance. In addition to his legal background working with emerging companies, he has hands-on experience as a startup founder himself. Prior to attending law school, Ian was an officer in the United States Navy.
