Hugh represents public companies, emerging companies and venture capital funds in a wide variety of litigation and regulatory matters. His practice is primarily focused on private antitrust and securities litigations, domestic and foreign governmental regulatory investigations, intellectual property litigation and merger clearance. He has extensive experience in electronic discovery and has successfully developed and managed large-scale electronic discovery processes for civil litigations and governmental investigations across a broad range of industries, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, radio and television, social media, gaming, higher education, foreign asset compliance and energy.
