About Robert
Hongbo Robert Bao's practice is concentrated in the formation and representation of domestic and international venture capital funds, including the representation of issuers and venture funds in public and private financing transactions.
At the University of California Hastings College of the Law, he was elected to the Order of the Coif and received the CALI Top Student awards for contract writing and IP concentration seminar. He was a member of Hastings Client Counseling Team and served as a board member of Hastings Chinese Law and Culture Society.
