Helena Ferreira

Helena advises public and private companies at all stages of growth on corporate matters – including M&A, corporate governance, disclosure and compliance, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting obligations, and other strategic matters.

During her time at Yale Law School, Helena served as submissions editor for the Yale Journal of Law & the Humanities and worked with the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Clinic. Helena is licensed to practice law in Brazil, where she worked for almost two years at a corporate law firm before earning her JD.
