Heidi E. Wang

Heidi Wang represents private and public companies in a wide range of corporate and securities matters, including private financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, SEC reporting and compliance and corporate governance. 

Heidi earned her JD from the University of California at Irvine School of Law. While in law school, Heidi served as research editor for the UC Irvine Law Review and a research fellow for the first-year Lawyering Skills course.
