Heather Walsh
About Heather
Heather’s practice focuses on representing private investment fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and ongoing operation of private investment funds, including advising on global fundraises and complex investor negotiations across international investor bases. Heather earned her JD from Duke University School of Law, where she participated in the Start-Up Ventures Clinic and served on the Duke Environmental Law & Policy Forum. She also maintains an active pro bono practice, advising nonprofit organizations on governance and compliance matters.
