About Haylee
Haylee Saathoff counsels and represents employers in all aspects of employment law, including wage and hour, harassment, discrimination, leaves of absence, employee separations and unfair competition. Her litigation practice includes representing employers in federal and state court litigation, arbitration and mediation. Haylee’s experience involves litigating individual claims, as well as representative actions involving a host of wage and hour issues, including commission payments, misclassification, minimum wage and overtime, meal and rest periods, wage statements, expense reimbursement and the California Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). Haylee also has experience in various administrative proceedings before state agencies.
Haylee regularly advises clients with respect to policy formation and implementation and works with clients to address novel COVID-19 issues and legislation.
Prior to joining Cooley, Haylee was an associate attorney at Fisher & Phillips LLP.
