About Harrison

Harry represents emerging and high-growth companies through all stages of the corporate life cycle, from formation to funding, mergers and acquisitions and public offerings. Harry also provides guidance on corporate governance issues and advises venture capital clients on financing transactions.

Harry previously worked as a corporate associate at another US law firm, where he worked on a variety of corporate matters, including fund formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and other complex transactions.

He also assisted the general counsel of a Fortune 500 company in the review of construction contracts, purchase agreements and lease agreements valued in the millions of dollars.

At law school, Harrison received the Center for Computer-Assisted Legal Instruction (CALI) Excellence for the Future Award in Mergers & Acquisitions, Transactional Skills, Statistics for Lawyers and Corporate Skills for New Lawyers.
