
About Harriet
Harriet works with emerging, high-growth and disruptive private companies through all stages of their life cycle, from formation to exit. She counsels clients on incorporation, organizational matters, corporate governance and strategy and leads them through a variety of transactions, including angel, seed, venture capital and growth equity financings, as well as mergers and acquisitions. Harriet also counsels venture capital funds and other institutional investors regarding their investments and other portfolio company matters.
