About Hao

Hao focuses on initial public offerings and other equity capital markets transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and securities regulations compliance. He also has experience in fund formation, antitrust and private equity investment.

Before joining Cooley, Hao worked as a legal counsel at China International Capital Corporation.

Hao is a native Mandarin speaker and fluent in English.
